Ensure substrate is clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, and contaminants. Surface must be structurally sound. Priming is optional depending on condition of the substrate.
Use WP MS-PU Polyurethane Sealant as a bond breaker in the corners, FC Sheet joints, structural joints etc.
Apply minimum 2 coats of WP-1 PINK waterproofing membrane.
Use SCR-100 Engineered Screed to create required falls to the drains.
Ensure that the screed mixture is applied to wet slurry coat as per installation instructions. For slurry coat, mix ADH-55 high polymer tile adhesive to slurry consistency.
If waterproofing over screed is required by the relevant standards, guidelines or project specifications, repeat step 2 over screed.
If faster drying time is required, use EP-2 Epoxy Membrane instead of WP-1 PINK.
ADH-33, ADH-44, ADH-55 or ADH-66 are suitable for wet areas tiling.
